Conclusion: This exercise is <strong>in</strong>tended to get you work<strong>in</strong>g as a team <strong>in</strong> a creative<br />

sett<strong>in</strong>g. When devis<strong>in</strong>g your <strong>design</strong> strategies it is important that you can agree<br />

on <strong>the</strong> execution <strong>of</strong> your project, <strong>in</strong> terms <strong>of</strong> what is or isn’t needed to convey<br />

your idea. Keep your stories short, don’t exceed 1000 words. Remember:<br />

anyone can have an idea, but it is <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> execution <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> idea where <strong>the</strong> skill,<br />

<strong>the</strong> craft comes <strong>in</strong>to play.<br />

Activity: Write a poem. Keep note <strong>of</strong> your daily activities. Jot down words,<br />

phrases, <strong>in</strong>cidents, ideas and feel<strong>in</strong>gs which catch your attention. Honour and<br />

<strong>in</strong>terrogate <strong>the</strong> everyday. Let what stimulates, disturbs, puzzles, delights,<br />

amuses, saddens or angers you prompt your poem, and write below.<br />
