The ma<strong>in</strong> purpose <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> use <strong>of</strong> title was to make <strong>the</strong> student th<strong>in</strong>k<br />

freely and creatively, <strong>the</strong> student were made aware <strong>of</strong> this fact through<br />

<strong>the</strong> workshop. The student also compla<strong>in</strong>ed about <strong>the</strong> ambiguity <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

workshop and <strong>the</strong>y said that <strong>the</strong>y were confused as <strong>the</strong>y didn‟t know<br />

what is go<strong>in</strong>g to happen next. Although <strong>the</strong> student were assured many<br />

times <strong>of</strong> what is happen<strong>in</strong>g but because <strong>the</strong> whole idea and method is<br />

someth<strong>in</strong>g that is <strong>the</strong>y are not used to <strong>the</strong>y felt <strong>the</strong> ambiguity. The<br />

student also compla<strong>in</strong>ed about <strong>the</strong> lack <strong>of</strong> time and support <strong>of</strong> tutors to<br />

do <strong>the</strong> workbook activities <strong>in</strong> class (which is not meant to be) and that<br />

was <strong>the</strong> ma<strong>in</strong> reason that <strong>the</strong>y did not do it and that reflect <strong>the</strong> nature <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>the</strong> way <strong>the</strong>y were brought up and taught <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> past which is basically a<br />

spoon feed<strong>in</strong>g style where <strong>the</strong> teacher always tell <strong>the</strong>m what to do and<br />

that was also obvious through <strong>the</strong>ir behaviour <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> workshop. The<br />

student also compla<strong>in</strong>ed about <strong>the</strong> lack <strong>of</strong> time and <strong>the</strong> short time <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

workshop which did not allow <strong>the</strong>m to do <strong>the</strong> films as <strong>the</strong>y were<br />

supposed to. I see that <strong>the</strong> time was sufficient <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> job required and<br />

<strong>the</strong> end results <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> student was surpris<strong>in</strong>gly amaz<strong>in</strong>g although that<br />

<strong>the</strong>y did not notice it due to <strong>the</strong> lack <strong>of</strong> self confidence that <strong>the</strong>y built up<br />

dur<strong>in</strong>g <strong>the</strong>ir childhood and <strong>the</strong>ir educational background.<br />

to get your <strong>in</strong>-depth views and recommendations <strong>for</strong> better VDS<br />

workshops <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> future. The answers will be used <strong>for</strong> my PhD<br />

research, please tell me your honest view as this is go<strong>in</strong>g to help me<br />

develop better understand<strong>in</strong>g <strong>for</strong> future <strong>model</strong>s. So <strong>in</strong> terms <strong>of</strong> teach<strong>in</strong>g<br />

how would you describe <strong>the</strong> teach<strong>in</strong>g <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> lectures?<br />

Student: it was really nice and unique we enjoyed <strong>the</strong> unusual activities<br />

and <strong>the</strong> way we got <strong>in</strong>troduced to each o<strong>the</strong>r, we wish it could happen<br />

<strong>for</strong> all our lectures.<br />

Student2: we are really appreciative <strong>for</strong> it and we thank you very much.<br />

Student3: you did it very funny and amaz<strong>in</strong>g teach<strong>in</strong>g tools.<br />

Student 4: I had some confusion <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> beg<strong>in</strong>n<strong>in</strong>g which made my<br />

understand<strong>in</strong>g slower.<br />

Where <strong>the</strong> lectures relevant <strong>for</strong> your project do you th<strong>in</strong>k?<br />

Student: yes it was, it gave us deep understand<strong>in</strong>g <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> project and<br />

examples <strong>of</strong> what we can do <strong>in</strong> it.<br />
