Corner <strong>rail</strong> shoring is a special shoring solution <strong>for</strong> shaft<br />

structures. It usually consists of 4 <strong>slide</strong>-<strong>rail</strong> panels and 4<br />

<strong>corner</strong> <strong>rail</strong> supports. It does without special bracing systems.<br />

All <strong>for</strong>ces are discharged by the shoring panels.<br />

Corner <strong>rail</strong> shoring can take the <strong>for</strong>m of single-<strong>rail</strong> or<br />

overlapping shoring, depending on the supports employed.<br />

Since the panels of various lengths are used in pairs,<br />

rectangular pits of different sizes are possible. Because<br />

of the particular design of this system, its use depends<br />

essentially on the soil conditions.<br />
