Wasserkuppe L ST FT2 T
The “T“ models of the Wasserkuppe backpacks
have a size-adjustable hiking backpack carrying
system to allow very long carrying times. These T
models come in 2 sizes: Size L is the standard size
and XL is an approx. 30% larger version.

How to order your PAX product:
Once you are convinced of the
quality of our products and have
decided on your favorite model,
then you can place your order easily
and conveniently in three small
steps.
1. Select a model, for example
Wasserkuppe L ST FT2 T.
2. Decide on a material, for
example PAX-Dura. The corresponding
item number is 1002001. The
item number will be complemented
by the color number.
3. The color numbers are listed on
the next page. Decide on a color,
for example red. The color number
is -01. Now add this number to
the item number, in this example
1002001-01. Specify the full article
number when placing your order.
Each PAX product is manufactured from a material specially developed
for its purpose in order to optimally support you in every
aspect. The various materials have exactly the characteristics which
are required for the job and thus become the perfect companion.
PAX-Dura:
This material is characterised by its exceptionally high tear strength and
abrasion resistance. For this reason, we like to use it for bags and backpacks
which have to meet the highest demands, such as our Mt. McKinley mountain
rescue backpack. The material is waterproof and retains this property even after
being used for a long time. Due to its rough surface, PAX Dura is relatively easily
soiled even after impregnation with a soil-repellent finish and cleaning has to be
carried out carefully.
Specifications: Woven fabric: nylon 6.6 – min. 1100dtex – polyurethane-coated
on one side. Fabric weight approx. 390g/m2 D
PAX-Plan:
The surfaces are well-closed on both sides, which means they can be
cleaned extremely well with canvas cleaners and also that disinfectants
can be used effectively. We recommend this material for products that will have to
cope with the high demands of daily use in the emergency services. PAX Plan is
completely waterproof and resistant to disinfectants. Due to its double-sided coating,
PAX Plan is heavier than PAX Dura, leading to an increase in the weight of the
product. The shiny surface is worn off over the course of time. Nevertheless, PAX Plan
retains its excellent disinfection properties and is very suitable for printing.

sides, Fabric weight approx. 650g/m2 P
PAX-Tec:
TEC
This material, which is coated on one side, is processed with the coating
facing outwards, likewise making it easy to clean. This coating is resistant
to mechanical stresses and is completely waterproof. In this case, disinfection is
carried out using a surface disinfectant. Mechanical cleaning with a canvas cleaner
is carried out in the same way as with our PAX Plan material. With its low fabric
weight compared to PAX Plan, PAX Tec is a highquality alternative with very similar
material properties.
Specifications: Woven fabric, polyester, min. 750dtex – TPU-coated on one side,
Fabric weight approx. 400 g/m2
PAX-Light:
L
OUTER/LINING This type of material refers to light woven fabrics, coated on one or both
sides, which we use as lining or shell materials. The fabric weight of these
materials is between 150 and 250 g/m². PAX Light materials are also waterproof and
can be disinfected.
