Swimming Pools All Wellington City Council indoor swimming pools (with the exception of Freyberg Pool) offer swimming programmes and classes, the Ezymovers class offered at the pools is particularly suitable for frail elderly, while Aquajogging, which you can do in your own time and at your own pace, is suitable for all levels of fitness. All learn-to-swim classes can be adapted to accommodate the needs of anyone frail – please ask your instructor.
