must supply proof of household income (after tax) such as a certificate of earnings. Work
and Income New Zealand (WINZ) benefit details or income tax return.
Paying for backdoor refuse collection: For $125.00 a year (approx $2.50 per week) the
Council will collect refuse from the resident's back door. A form must be completed and
WCC bags must still be used. There is no backdoor collection for recycling.
