Process and IT integration
As one of the leading providers of cross-company process and
IT integration for logistics EURO-LOG offers various modules for
OEM, suppliers and hauliers.
The solutions, some of which have received awards for excellence
from automotive associations, reflect years of experience in the industry.
Diverse data from participating partners can be intelligently
and securely bundled by the ISO 27001 certification.
Integration can be flexible via EDI, WebEDI, ONE TRACK and mobile
devices. Connection to the OEM portal is also fast, saving time
and money on costly search processes. The modular system can
be expanded as required – ranging through to automatic payment
of suppliers.
RFID-Based Automotive Network (RAN)
As a consortium partner in the RAN
Project, EURO-LOG, in collaboration
with SAP and IBM, is setting the future
standards for the industry for clients
such as Daimler, Opel, BMW and wellknown
suppliers. Development and knowledge from the various
use cases are fed into our client solutions for OEM and suppliers.
As an innovative research project, RAN demonstrates possible
connections between RFID and other technologies. Together
with Daimler, for example, EURO-LOG has recently implemented
transparent monitoring of a multimodal transport chain.
In the field of vehicle distribution, EURO-LOG is using RFID data
and barcode information in a RAN scenario with BLG Logistics
and Opel and combining them into intelligent information. Thus,
vehicles from Opel located using RFID technology are directly
linked to the relevant data from the ERP system, with EDI data
from the logistics provider or the dealers‘ systems.
In a number of these RAN part projects, EURO-LOG also operates
the EPCIS repositories which link existing information such as
barcodes and EDI using RFID and present it in a standard structure.

Container Management
ONE TRACK
With the incorporation of RFID, EURO-LOG is one of the leading providers
of innovative container management solutions. Container movements by
suppliers, clients and hauliers are displayed promptly on a shared database.

Supplier integration / SCM
The SCM solution allows real-time management of the supply chain
through integration of all suppliers and participating hauliers. Connection
can be flexible via EDI, WebEDI, ONE TRACK and mobile devices. Combined
with the slot management solution, the supply chain is transparent
right up to delivery at the factory.

Using ONE TRACK you control procurement and distribution for multimodal
transport routes. You have real-time transparency for procurement and
distribution and are able to react flexibly and rapidly to any unscheduled
events. Status information is available in real-time from pick-up to delivery
so processes can be optimally controlled from production through to
delivery to the customer. ONE TRACK thereby ensures a secure, stable
supply chain.

Time Slot Management
The time slot management solution ensures transparency over the delivery
process and optimises resources e.g. ramps and parking bays. Using mobile
devices that allow communication of ETA status or delays, you control
the entire delivery process with minimal investment. This rapidly allows integration
in just in time processes.
