POSTER DIRECTIONS AND SPEAKER READY ROOMS
The poster room will be available to attendees from Wednesday - Saturday. All posters should be set up
not later than the start of the first poster session at 12:30pm Thursday and left up until the second poster
session ends 3:00pm Friday. All posters must be taken down by 6:00pm Saturday. Session rooms will be
available outside of scheduled meeting times. Speakers are encouraged to test their presentations in the
appropriate room prior to their presentation. Palmas A/B will be available at all times for speakers to
prepare; however, there will not be an audiovisual setup in this room.

Unless denoted by an *, the committee meetings are open to all. Attending these meetings is a terrific way
