<strong>Half</strong>-<strong>Elves</strong><br />
more gold than his level × 100 gp per month. If you abuse<br />
a contact for his financial resources (or exploit him in<br />
other ways), you could very well lose the contact, perhaps<br />
even taking a reduction in your Leadership score.<br />
Special: Like the Leadership feat, check with your GM<br />
before selecting this feat.<br />
Elf Kith - Aquatic [General]<br />
The blood of sea elves flows in your veins.<br />
Prerequisite: <strong>Half</strong>-elf.<br />
Benefit: You gain a +2 bonus on Swim checks. In addition,<br />
your low-light vision becomes superior low-light vision,<br />
allowing you to see four times as far as a human in<br />
starlight, moonlight, torchlight, and similar conditions of<br />
low illumination.<br />
Special: You may take this feat only at 1st level.<br />
Elf Kith - Drow [General]<br />
The blood of dark elves flows in your veins.<br />
Prerequisite: <strong>Half</strong>-elf.<br />
Benefit: You gain a +1 bonus on Will saves against spells<br />
and spell-like abilities. In addition, hand crossbows count<br />
as martial weapons for you.<br />
Special: You may take this feat only at 1st level.<br />
Emulate Feat [General]<br />
Through observation, you can replicate the effects of a feat<br />
for which you qualify.<br />
Prerequisites: <strong>Half</strong>-elf, Concentration 15 ranks.<br />
Benefit: As a full-round action, you can observe another<br />
character make use of a feat for which you would<br />
ordinarily qualify, then make a DC 25 Concentration<br />
check. If you succeed, you may use that feat, though only<br />
in the following round.<br />
Special: You may only use this feat to emulate General<br />
feats.<br />
Emulate Skill [General]<br />
Through observation, you can replicate another’s skill.<br />
Prerequisites: <strong>Half</strong>-elf, Concentration 10 ranks.<br />
Benefit: As a full-round action, you can observe another<br />
character make use of an untrained skill or a trained<br />
skill in which you have ranks, then make a DC 20<br />
Concentration check. If you succeed, you can make a<br />
single skill check in the following round using the other<br />
character’s ranks in that skill (but using your own ability,<br />
racial, and other modifiers).<br />
Fey Progeny [General]<br />
The blood of the fey flows in your veins.<br />
Prerequisites: Elf or half-elf, Cha 13.<br />
Benefit: You may cast dancing lights, ghost sound, and<br />
prestidigitation each once per day, as the spells, with a<br />
caster level equal to your character level. The save DC is<br />
Charisma-based.<br />
Fey Soul [General]<br />
Your body and health are sustained by beauty and your<br />
own force of personality.<br />
Prerequisites: Fey Progeny.<br />
Benefit: You use your Charisma bonus instead of your<br />
Constitution bonus to determine bonus hit points. This<br />
affects your existing hit points (which are recalculated to<br />
take advantage of your current Charisma bonus) and new<br />
hit points you gain at each subsequent level.<br />
Healing Hand [General]<br />
You are a gifted healer.<br />
Benefit: You gain a +2 insight bonus on Heal checks.<br />
When administering long-term care, your patient recovers<br />
hit points at four times the normal rate (4 hit points per<br />
level for a full 8 hours of rest; 8 hit points per level for<br />
each full day of complete rest; and so on). In addition, all<br />
cure spells you cast heal +1 point of damage per die.<br />
Improved Combat Reflexes [General]<br />
When a foe gives you an opening, you know where to hit<br />
where it counts.<br />
Prerequisite: Combat Reflexes.
