Clicking the More button on the Contractor
Information screen will take you to an Additional
Contractor Information screen.
None of the data on this screen is required, but may
be helpful to have associated with the company.
1. In Contractor activity, enter the type of
company.
2. In Tax ID, enter the federal tax ID number for that
company.
3. In Website, enter the URL for the website associated with the company. Once
entered, you may click the Go button to navigate to it.
• Web addresses are limited to 128 characters.
4. If there is a logo associated with the business, enter the location of where the graphic
is stored, or click the Browse button to find it on your computer (the location will
automatically be entered).
• All logos must be saved as a bitmap (.bmp) format to appear in the box.
5. To save any notes or additional information for this company, click Comments.
6. Click OK to save your changes.
