Setup
• Either use the mouse or the keyboard Tab key to move to the next cell.
2. In the Type column, select the type of pesticide or fertilizer is used.
• New Types can be added on the Define Types Setup screen (refer to page 93).
3. In the Name column, select the pesticide or fertilizer name as you had entered on the
Setup screen.
• If the product you need is not in the list, you will need to add it on the Setup screen
and then come back to this screen to select it.
4. In the Rate column, type in how much of this chemical (numerical value) is contained
in the mix.
5. In the Units per acre column, select the unit of measure you used - in reference to
the rate.
6. Repeat these steps for each component of the mix.
7. Click OK when finished.
Carrier Setup
Most pesticides need to be diluted with other liquids before use; water is the most common
liquid used. If you are using tank mixes, you will need to define the carriers on this tab prior
to entering the data on the Tank Mix tab (carriers defined here automatically populate the
Carrier drop-down list on the Tank Mix tab).
To make a carrier inactive (or active) refer to page 46.
Add a carrier:
1. From the Setup menu, select Products.
2. Select the Carrier tab.
3. Click New.
