Preferences Before data is unloaded from the PC Card, JDOffice’s preferences need to be selected. These settings affect the general behavior of the program, and are separated into ten tabbed screens, each containing various options. These tabs cover general display options, dates, legend options, map display options, data processing options, boundary options, printer specifications, yield data export formats, and choices for viewing TIGER ® data. To save and apply your preferences, click OK only after you have made all the desired changes to all of the tabs (the changes will take immediate effect). The system will remember your changes as you move from one tab to another. Click Cancel to discard all of the changes to all of the tabs since the last save. Open the Preferences tabs: 1.
