Help with JDOffice
As part of the GreenStar package, several forms of help are provided:
1. Quick Reference Guide
The JDOffice Quick Reference Guide is an overview of JDOffice’s capabilities.
2. User’s Guide
The User’s Guide is designed to lead you through setting up the necessary information to
begin using JDOffice. When you have finished the first few chapters, you will be ready to
gather data on your PC Card and manipulate it in JDOffice. The Guide provides detailed
information and instructions on how to use this system. It is intended to be used whenever
you need assistance with JDOffice.
Frequently asked General Questions and How Do I? Questions appear in their own
chapter on pages 317 and 324, respectively.
Error Messages (and the corresponding corrective actions for each) appear in the
Appendix beginning on page 289.
3. Telephone Orientation
For your convenience, JDOffice orientation is available via the telephone. This orientation
will cover both common hardware and Windows concepts, as well as basic information
about JDOffice. For details, contact the CCC (Customer Care Center).
4. JDOffice Online Help
In addition to Microsoft Windows, JDOffice also has its own online Help.
