Summary Reports
The key elements that make this type of report different from the others is that it not only
includes the date of the harvest and the number of hours that it took to complete, but it also
calculates the work productivity in each field by dividing the number of harvested acres by
the number of log hours.
Comparing the log hours and dates to a calendar with weather information could help you
analyze the impact of weather. Or, you can evaluate your harvesting efficiency within a
given time period.
Only one farm and one seasonal year can be selected at a time. JDOffice will show the
first field in a farm by default. The order of the fields is determined by the order in which
they were entered in Setup.
Click Print to get a hard copy of the data. Click Favorites to save a customized report for
later viewing. Click Export to export the report data.
View and customize the report:
1. From the Reports menu, select Yield Reports>Yield Date Summary.
2. From the report screen, click Customize.
3. In Farms, select the farm to include.
4. In Fields, select the field(s) to include.
5. In Years, select the year to include.
6. Click Show to view the report.
Yield Flag Summary
The Yield Flag Summary report summarizes the flags that were used for a selected farm,
crop, and seasonal year.
Two lines will print for each flag. The first line of the report will list the flag, status, acres,
moisture percentage, and yield for that portion of the field where the flag was turned on.
