Summary Reports

2. From the active report screen, click Favorites.
3. In Name, enter a unique name for the customized favorite report.
4. In This favorite should use Farms/Fields:
4a. Farms/Fields on report: select if you only want to include
the farms/fields that are in the active report.
4b. All farms/fields with data: select if you want to include any
farm/field that has this data.
5. In This favorite should use Years:
4a. Years on report: select if you only want to include the year(s) that are in the
active report.
4b. Current processing year: select if you want JDOffice to automatically display the
customized data for the current processing year.
4c. All years with data: select if you want JDOffice to automatically include all of the
data for all years - including future processing years.
6. Click OK.
Note: If you do not select any of the above options, the report will save with
the customize settings - and will not automatically update to include new data.
Edit a Favorite Report:
1. From the Reports menu, select Favorites>Edit Favorites.
2. In the Current Favorite Reports list, select the report to edit.
3. Click Rename.
4. On the Rename Favorite screen, highlight the current name and type over it with the
new name.
• The options in This favorite should use will not be active. Only the name can be
