Layer to Top tool moves the selected polygon to the very top layer of
the application plan (in front of all others).
The Layer Up tool moves the selected polygon up one layer at a time in
the application plan.
The Layer to Bottom tool moves the selected polygon to the very last
layer of the application plan (behind all others).
The Layer Down tool moves the selected polygon down one layer of the
application plan.
Edit the Polygon Rate
The Edit Rate tool is used to define the legend color,
and the quantity of the selected operation to be
assigned to a polygon on the application plan.
Rates of application are initially set when a polygon is first
drawn or copied to the application plan. This tool allows
you to change these rates any time before a prescription is
written.
Change the rate of a polygon:
1. Click Layers .
2. Select Edit for the application plan layer.
3. Use the Select tool to select a polygon.
4. Click Edit Rate .
5. In Other Rates, select a legend rate.
• If the rate you want does not exist, enter the new rate in Set Map Rate.
A new color will automatically be assigned to it.
6. Click OK.
Copy an Application Plan
You may want to copy the plan if you spent a great deal of time creating the
polygons and want to use it as a “master plan” to create your other plans from.
By doing this, you can make several plans with various crops, varieties, or
