Record Keeping
The Record Keeping section includes: Field Budgets, Crop Programs, Field Plans, and
Field History.
Together these four areas provide a record of all activities done in the fields. These
records can be kept for those who use John Deere equipment and field documentation, as
well as for those who use other brands and want all their record keeping in one place.
Once the data is entered, it can be used from year to year without continually re-entering
the information.
Once these sections are completed, the data will be visible in a Simple Field Budget
Summary report, and a Profitability Plan report (refer to page 279 for information on both
reports).
Open the Crop Record Keeping menu:
1. From the Startup screen, click on the Record Keeping icon.
• Or select one from the Record Keeping menu.
2. Select one of the four record keeping sections.
