Manually enter a New lot number:
4a. Click New.
4b. Type in the Lot number from the seed bag.
• Press the keyboard Tab key to add the new lot number to the list.
4c. In Seed Size, enter the size as indicated on the bag.
4d. In Quantity, enter the numbers of bags you used that had this lot number; select
the corresponding quantity label from the drop-down box.
4e. In Treated, select Yes if the crop was treated; No if wasn’t; Undefined if you are
not sure. Click OK.
Delete a lot number:
• If there is only one lot number, the Delete button will be disabled.
4a. In the Lot numbers list, select the lot to delete.
4b. Click Delete
4c. Click OK.
Edit the Machine
When Machine is selected from the Data to Edit list, the screen will
list the machines that were used in the field (as selected on the
GreenStar Display).
All invalid entries must be renamed.
There will be multiple entries of the same machine if you turned
your equipment on and off while working in the field. These
duplicates will combine into one when the data is unloaded from the
PC Card.
Edit a Machine:
1. In Data to Edit, select Machine.
2. In the Machine list, select the machine you want to edit.
3. Click Edit.
