Clicking the More button on the Client Information
screen will take you to an Additional Client
Information screen. None of the data on this screen is
required, but may be helpful to have associated with
the client.
1. In Client activity, select the type of business that
is associated with this client.
2. In Tax ID, enter the federal tax ID number for that
client.
3. If there is a website associated with the client, either enter the URL, or click the Go
button to navigate to it on the web.
4. In Website, enter the URL for the website associated with the business. Once
entered, you may click the Go button to navigate to it.
• Web addresses are limited to 128 characters.
5. If there is a logo associated with the client, enter the location of where the graphic is
stored, or click the Browse button to locate the logo on your computer.
• All logos must be saved as a bitmap (.bmp) format to appear in the box.
6. Click OK to save your changes.
