record keeping or unloaded data.

When defining your farming operation in Setup, you may find that you need additional
categories of information that are not listed. JDOffice now lets you define additional types
of data for fertilizers, implements, machines, other operations, pests, or pesticides.
When a new type is created for a specific category of information, it will automatically
populate that tab. For example, when you add a new machine type to the Define Types tab
and click OK (saving it), it will appear in the machine type list the next time you open the
Machine Setup tab. Keep in mind that this process only defines a new type - you will still
need to define a specific product item (machine according to the example) for this type.

Add a new Setup type:
1. From the Setup menu, select Define Types.
2. In Category, select what kind of Setup type you will be adding.
3. Click New.
4. In Type name, enter a unique name.
• Press the keyboard Tab key to add it to the list.
5. When finished, click OK to save your changes and close the Setup tabs.
