have balconies and natural gas outlets. Solaire will be<br />

wired with the Cat 5 communication system through<br />

Telus offering maximum flexibility for installation of<br />

communication devices, such as high speed wireless<br />

internet, without the mess of unnecessary wires and<br />

cords. The security consists of an electronic locking<br />

system, a coded card, which allows access into the<br />

building, and needs to be used in the elevator to access<br />

the owner’s individual floor. Entry by guests will be via<br />

intercom and closed circuit television cameras viewable<br />

within each suite.<br />

Catering to the high demand of owner-occupied office<br />

space, Solaire has 3 floors of finished office space with<br />

sizes ranging from 1000 – 2500 square feet or entire<br />

floors of 7000 sq ft available. Solaire is scheduled for<br />

Chateau <strong>LaCaille</strong>’s neighbor,<br />

<strong>LaCaille</strong> Parke Place was<br />

addition to Calgary’s Skyline and a new standard for Calgary<br />

Parke Plaza and West Market Square which offer a unique<br />
