Attachment N o B.8 - should contain a copy of the text of the site notice, a map (no<br />
larger than A3) showing its location on site and a copy of the newspaper advertisement.<br />
A copy of the notice given to the Planning Authority should also be included.<br />
B.9 Seveso II Regulations<br />
State whether the activity is an establishment to which the EC (Control of Major<br />
Accident Hazards involving Dangerous Substances) Regulations, 2000 (S.I. No. 476 of<br />
2000) apply.<br />
If yes, outline how the process comes under these regulations.<br />
