If you do not set this value, the SOAP Server reloads the web service each time. If you do set this value, next time a web service is needed, the SOAP Server reads it from cache. If you are developing a web service, we recommend keeping this value at 0. Otherwise, the SOAP Server reloads the cache each time the web service is changed. Select the Cached Services tab to display the web services currently loaded in cache.
