477 German Occup of Poland: Collection 1942-45 POW Camp Post issues
with extensive Woldenberg (Oflag IIC) starting with 1942 Widow (4
diff), Virturi Militari set, Madonna set, FWS set both papers, 1943
January Uprising M/Sheet, Copernicus set & M/Sheet, and most other
1943-44 issues, then the scarce 1945 "Bloody Sunday" overprint
(expertised). Gross-Born (Oflag IID) only small selection in 1944
Pilsudski M/S, Neubrandenberg M/S, Varna Battle M/S. Then a few
postal cards & trial strikes of pmks. Majority F-VFU, many being on
pieces with special pmks, few UN as issued, some flts in M/S as

Old-time bundle of 100, unopened but assumed the cheapest type. A
similar bundle 1 of 5 found amongst a hoard of Aussie States had some
flts but majority were G-FU & much above average for this type of
material. Unchecked for wmk inverted, pmks or used abroad. SG 66 cat
