TG-Style Single-Angle High-
Precision (tremendous
grip) Collets are a shallow,
single-angle collet used to
ensure precise concentricity
between the collet, the holder and
the tool. The nose cap incorporates a rotating ball
assembly with a radial float. The standard precision
is per DIN 6341: 3 ⁄32" to 1 1 ⁄2", 0.0005" TIR. The collet
collapse range is 1 ⁄64". Collets with seals are available
for thru-coolant applications.
