� <strong>NCI</strong> CIRB Review for studies as required under these <strong>Guidelines</strong><br />

6. Legacy Studies<br />

Legacy studies supported by the <strong>NCTN</strong> <strong>Program</strong> will be conducted under the same <strong>NCTN</strong> Terms and<br />

Conditions of Award as are those studies that commence under the <strong>NCTN</strong> <strong>Program</strong>. Hence, the awardees<br />

of any of the key components of the <strong>NCTN</strong> <strong>Program</strong> (i.e., <strong>Network</strong> Group Operations Centers, <strong>Network</strong><br />

Group Statistics and Data Management Centers, <strong>Network</strong> Integrated Translational Science Awards, <strong>Network</strong><br />

Lead Academic Participating Sites, <strong>Network</strong> Radiotherapy and Imaging Core Services Centers, and Canadian<br />

Collaborating <strong>Clinical</strong> <strong>Trials</strong> <strong>Network</strong>) are bound by the Terms and Conditions of their Award under the<br />

<strong>NCTN</strong> <strong>Program</strong> when working on legacy studies that are supported by the <strong>NCTN</strong> <strong>Program</strong>.<br />
