Aid Continued During the War<br />

<strong>The</strong> financial elite in the United States kept supporting Germany<br />

even during the war, which they themselves had caused, and then<br />

At the time, Truman (1884-1972) was not only a freemason <strong>of</strong> the<br />

32nd degree, he was also grand master <strong>of</strong> the Grand Lodge <strong>of</strong><br />

Missouri (1940-41). This information is available at the masonic<br />

temple in Alexandria, Virginia.<br />

Britain and France declared war on Germany on 3 September 1939,<br />
