Day Two -<br />
After breakfast at the Hotel Palace, checkout and drive to the old village <strong>of</strong> Boletin,<br />
where you will visit the castle <strong>of</strong> Isa Boletini, the patriot, military leader, and pacifist<br />
visionary who fought against the Ottomans. We then visit the Sokolica church and monastery<br />
on a peaceful hillside overlooking the village <strong>of</strong> Boletin. Enjoy a traditional lunch <strong>of</strong> fried fish<br />
(“krapi,” or carp) at the “Krapi Restaurant” with journalists from the southern and northern<br />
sides <strong>of</strong> Mitrovica who will discuss their experience living in a divided city. After lunch,<br />
depart for Pristina, returning mid-afternoon.<br />
