FLOYD BRANGUS
We raise our cattle in the eastern
foothills of the Sacramento Mountains
west of Roswell. Our country is mostly
steep slopes, is all very rocky and is
covered with cactus. We started our
registered Brangus herd in 1971 with a
group of heifers purchased from Glaze
Sacra. We used sons of WSR Cloud 942,
Champ 533, Rocky Joe 650 and PW
Georgie Boy 320. Their offspring is the
basis of the herd today. We select for
fertility, feed conversion, and the ability
to travel in rough country. It also helps
to be long, thick and have a good
hindquarter. Thank you for your past

Parker Brangus
The ranch is south of San Simon,
Arizona. Our ranch land consists of
private, State, BLM and Forest Service
allotments.
We run from 6500’ to 3600’ elevation. We
have oak & pine forest to Limestone
Mountains down to flat Limestone to
alkali Sacaton flood flats on the San
Simon River.
Our registered Cows are handled like
our commercial cattle, they all run
together in the rough terrain of the
mountains or down in the desert.
We have been in the Brangus Bull
business since 1966.
We started buying our herd bulls at the
Roswell Brangus Bull sale in the late 90’s
and found the quality there to be
excellent; at prices we could afford.
I became a partner of the Roswell
Brangus sale several years ago and bring
bulls that have been born and raised on
our ranch.

TOWNSEND BRANGUS
We ranch on the 12-mile prairie in
southern Oklahoma, which is a lot like
the southwest US, except we get a lot
more rain. We raise our bulls in the
pastures on grass and hand feed them.
We cull our bulls three times before we
select our sale bulls.
Our main bloodlines are from the Lucky
304 bull that we bought in 1996 at the
Roswell Brangus Bull Sale. He was bred
and raised by Bill Morrison. He is by far
the best bull that I have ever owned. One
of his sons was International Champion
Bull three times and Show Bull of the
Year.
We have since added two more herd
bulls from the Roswell Brangus Bull Sale.
They are the best bulls I have found and
at a decent price that a cow man can
afford.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Announcements from the auction box will take precedence over
the printed matter in this catalog. All cattle will be sold by lot
numbers as announced by the auctioneer.
BREEDING GUARANTEE
All animals are guaranteed to be breeders with the exception of:
(1) injury or disease occurring after the sale; (2) negligence or
willful misconduct of the part of the purchaser. Any female is
considered a breeder if she is pregnant at the time of the sale
and/or has a calf at side. Any bull which either (1) produces
viable semen; (2) settles 1/3 or more of the healthy cows he
serves; (3) is the sire of 20 or more animals; or (4) settles cows
by natural service and passes a fertility test made by a
competent veterinarian during any six month trial, shall be
considered breeder.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Except for those stated in the below terms and conditions, there
are no warranties, either expressed or implied as to the
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to
the cattle being sold at this auction. The warranties and
guarantees set forth in the “Terms and Conditions” are in lieu of
all other warranties, either expressed or implied, and the
remedies provided therein shall be the sole and exclusive
remedy of the buyer, or any party through buyer, for any breach
of warranty or guarantee therein provided and all other
obligations or liabilities.
BIDDING
Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder without reserve.
The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids and
his decision shall be final.
TERMS
Terms of the sale are cash or check. Settlement must be made
to the clerk at the conclusion of the auction.
CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRY
When full settlement has been made, a certificate of registration
will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser of all
registered animals. Give full name and address to the secretary
when making payment so the certificate of registry will be
transferred properly.
