Court. The canopy of T4 extends 

over the roof of Mansfield Court and 

is abrading the fabric of the roof of 

the building. It is proposed to 

reduce the volume of this tree 

overall by 30% to the previous

T5, Hawthorn stands adjacent to T4. 

A small tree the canopy of T5 

extends out across the adjacent 

public footpath and obscures a 

street lamp. Prune the canopy of T5 

away from the lamp column to give

T6, Ash The canopy of T6 extends 

across the adjacent public footpath 

and on to the property opposite and 

also obscures the same lamp 

column as T5 (Hawthorn). Crown 

reduce the canopy of T6 by 25% . 

T7, Ash The canopy of T7 extends 

out across the adjacent footpath and 

properties, casting excessive shade. 

It is proposed to reduce the canopy 

of this tree by 25%. 

T8, It is proposed to reduce the 

canopy of T8 to match that of T7 

given the close proximity of the two 

trees to each other in order to retain 

a uniform canopy.
