nesses dedicated to providing a rich cultural life for the mountain<br />

communities. The nonprofit corporation provides cultural<br />

enrichment to the residents, youth and visitors of the San<br />

Bernardino <strong>Mountain</strong>s. AAA sponsors musical performances<br />

throughout the year and gifts music education and scholarships<br />

to local youth, kindergarten through college.<br />

MOUNTAIN HISTORY MUSEUM<br />

After years of planning, the <strong>Mountain</strong> History Museum, a<br />

project of the Rim of the World Historical Society, officially<br />

opened its doors in 2009. Filled with artifacts and historical<br />

photographs, the museum is anchored by two exhibits:<br />

the Cozad Theater, a tribute to the many movies filmed in the<br />

mountain communities, and a Santa’s Village display, featuring<br />

many original<br />

items from the amusement<br />

park.<br />
