telescopes, binoculars, books, games, toys and refreshments—
is open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Fridays.

MSAS Astronomy Village is located just off State Highway
18 in Lake Arrowhead, between Daley Canyon Road and Rim
of the World High School.
SNOW VALLEY MOUNTAIN RESORT
Snow Valley, one of the original Southern California
mountain resorts, features more than 240 acres
of powdery terrain. Skiers and boarders co-exist harmoniously

Snow Valley’s learning center focuses on a traditional ski
and snowboard learning experience for children from 4 to
12. The emphasis is on the individual with small classes
and a focus on developing and improving skills.
Adventurers, for children from 4 to 6, is a fun learning

program designed for children who are ready to learn to
ski or snowboard.
Explorers, for children 7 to 12, offers classes for skiers
and snowboarders of all levels of ability who will enjoy their
own zone and exclusive lift.
Private and group lessons are offered, as well as lift and
lesson packages.
All programs are available with or without rental equipment.
Check-in begins a half hour prior to lesson times.
