LAKE ARROWHEAD YACHT CLUB<br />

The <strong>Lake</strong> <strong>Arrowhead</strong> Yacht Club was incorporated in<br />

1932 and has been in continuous operation ever<br />

since. During the summer members race several classes<br />

of boats on <strong>Lake</strong> <strong>Arrowhead</strong>.<br />

Members enjoy both casual and fine dining at the club’s<br />

restaurant, with themed parties on Saturday nights. Prospective<br />

members may be sponsored by current members.<br />

MCKENZIE WATER SKI SCHOOL<br />

The McKenzie Water Ski School has been getting people<br />

up on skis since George “Mac” McKenzie founded<br />

the school in 1946 with his wife, Lucy. From novice<br />

to old hand, the instructors will teach you the basics and then<br />

help you advance your skills.<br />

In addition to teaching skiing, the McKenzie staff will take<br />

groups of up to five for a tour of the lake.<br />

LAKE ARROWHEAD WATER SKI CLUB<br />

Since 1945, The <strong>Lake</strong> <strong>Arrowhead</strong> Water Ski Club has<br />

held races for every type of skier, big or small,<br />

young or old, fast or slow. Members of the club have<br />

fun on their home water and success in international competition.<br />

MSAS ASTRONOMY VILLAGE<br />

MSAS Astronomy Village offers year-round SkyQuest<br />

public programs on topics ranging from Astronomy<br />

ABC’s to Today’s Universe. Programs include<br />

an entertaining and informative slide show and lecture, question<br />

and answer period, laser tour of the night sky, and a visit<br />

to the Robert Brownlee Observatory (weather permitting).<br />
