in Master’s Thesis A and B, he or she will receive an In Progress<br />

mark (IP). Students will not receive final credit for PSP 5991A, PSP<br />

5991B, or PSP 5991C until they have submitted their final approved<br />

and bound thesis, sent an electronic copy of the entire document<br />

to the research director, and orally presented their research<br />

findings to the pro gram.<br />

If the project is not completed at the end of PSP 5991C Master’s<br />

Thesis C, the student will take PSP 5992 Supplemental Thesis<br />

Assistance for one unit each quarter until the master’s thesis is<br />

completed. These supplemental units do not apply toward the<br />

77-unit requirement for the degree. A maximum of six units of PSP<br />

5991A–C Master’s Thesis A–C may be applied toward the 77-unit<br />

degree requirement. The master’s thesis must be completed and<br />

approved before the degree can be awarded.<br />
