Coaching Biographies<br />
HEAD COACH KERI CAROLLO<br />
Keri Carollo started coaching at <strong>UW</strong>-<strong>Whitewater</strong> during the 2002-2003<br />
season. Her passion for the game brought her to one of the top<br />
Division III basketball conferences in the nation and she is determined<br />
to help the University of Wisconsin-<strong>Whitewater</strong> win a conference<br />
championship.<br />
Carollo played basketball four years at NCAA Division II Humboldt State<br />
University in Arcata, California, and was a three-year starter. She was<br />
named to the All-Northern California Athletic Conference team her<br />
senior year. Carollo graduated on the school's list of highest 3-point<br />
field goal percentage and ranked third in the nation her senior season.<br />
Carollo graduated from Humboldt with a degree in Sport/Recreation Management. She<br />
received her masters in Exercise and Sports Science/Sports Administration from<br />
University of Wisconsin- La Crosse where she was a graduate assistant coach for two<br />
years.<br />
After her stint in La Crosse she moved onto the University of Wisconsin-Stout. While at<br />
Stout, the team ranked in the top three of the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic<br />
Conference and won a conference championship in the 2001-2002 season. During<br />
Carollo's career at <strong>UW</strong>-<strong>Whitewater</strong>, she has coached four first team All-Conference<br />
athletes (Amy Morris, 2005-06, Lindsay Buechner, 2006-07, Tiffany Morton, 2007-08,<br />
Kelsey Hendrickson, 2007-08) and five honorable mention All-Conference athletes (Nya<br />
Geschke, 2004-05 and 2003-04, Jessica Wendt, 2004-05, Cathy Rossi, 2002-03, Trisha<br />
Thill, 2006-07, Lindsay Buechner, 2007-08).<br />
Keri was born and raised in Miranda, California with her two sisters Keta and Megan.<br />
Gary and Ruthanne Rocha, Keri's parents, still reside in Miranda and are retired school<br />
teachers. In August of 2001, Keri was married to Joe Carollo, who will be teaching<br />
computer training classes as well as assisting the Warhawk men's basketball program.<br />
