e. Education Benefits.<br />

Education Benefits provide for the payment to the Department of<br />

Defense Education Benefits fund, a trust fund prescribed by 10 U.S.C.<br />

2006. The program is governed by 10 U.S.C. Chapter 1606 and is<br />

budgeted on an accrual basis. Payments for vocational/technical<br />

training under the Reserve Compensation G.I. Bill, as provided by 10<br />

U.S.C. 2131 are also included.<br />
