include:<br />

a. amateur radio;<br />

b. arts and crafts skill development;<br />

c. automotive crafts skill development;<br />

d. bowling centers (12 lanes or less);<br />

e. child development centers;<br />

f. community centers;<br />

g. entertainment (music and theater);<br />

h. marinas without resale or private boat berthing;<br />

i. outdoor recreation;<br />

j. recreational information, tickets and tours services;<br />

k. recreational swimming pools;<br />

l. sports programs (above the intramural level);<br />

m. Stars and Stripes;<br />

n. youth activities.<br />

These activities are not expected to sustain themselves based purely on the<br />

fees charged and are generally supported by a mixture of APF and NAF.<br />

4. CATEGORY C: BUSINESS ACTIVITIES.<br />

Category C activities have the highest capability to generate revenue<br />

through the sale of goods and services to authorized patrons for use in<br />

specific morale programs. Category C activities include:<br />

a. academic bookstores,<br />

b. Aero clubs,<br />

c. amusement machine locations and centers,<br />

d. animal care funds,<br />

e. Armed Services exchange and related activities,<br />

f. Armed Forces recreation centers (accommodation/dining and resale<br />

facilities),<br />

g. audio/photo and other resale activities,<br />
