<strong>Pwllheli</strong> - Harbour approaches<br />

From the Fairway Buoy Iso. 2s (52 53' N 04 23' W) steer 294T for the harbour entrance, which<br />

is marked by QG and QR beacons. Tide gauge at entrance to channel, channel dredged to 0.6<br />

below C.D.<br />

The channel is then marked as follows:<br />

QR, QG followed by FLR 2.5s, FLG 2.5s beacons (also tide gauge), 3 x R buoys, FLG 5s, FLR 5s,<br />

FLG 7.5s, FLG 10s beacons followed by FLR 7.5s buoy (opposite trot piles), then FLG 12.5s<br />

beacon and G buoy (opposite Lifeboat Station). FLG 15s beacon (also 2nd tide gauge) and<br />

OcR opposite Marina, the pontoons are then marked with 2 FG (vertical) at approximately<br />

52 53'.2N 004 24' .4W.<br />
