1. Member Cards & E-Pass <strong>Policies</strong><br />
To access Legends, Members <strong>and</strong>/or guests must have one of the following:<br />
• Valid 2011-2012 Legends Member Card<br />
• Printed Legends E-Pass for the specified event<br />
• Name on the admittance list at the Legends entrance<br />
Note: Non-Member names added to the list will be asked to provide valid identification at check in to verify access<br />
Every Budweiser Legends Club <strong>Membership</strong> includes access for four (4) people. Additional access passes for<br />
the entire season are available for Members to purchase through Legends Client Services. Pricing for additional<br />
season passes varies depending on <strong>Membership</strong> type. A list of Member names, account numbers <strong>and</strong> access<br />
allotment will be kept on h<strong>and</strong> each game at the check-in table to ensure Members-Only exclusivity.<br />
The Budweiser Legends Club is pleased to offer all Legends members the opportunity to purchase individual<br />
game passes to Boston Bruins <strong>and</strong> Boston Celtics games. Additional individual passes will allow access for an<br />
additional guest(s) to join you in the Legends club during the purchased Bruins or Celtics game. To purchase the<br />
individual games passes please contact 617-624-1807. Each member may purchase up to 4 passes for a single<br />
event. Once purchased, your additional individual pass(es) may be forwarded or printed at your convenience<br />
Please note: Passes are limited <strong>and</strong> are sold on a first come, first served basis. All sales are final. No<br />
refunds or exchanges.<br />
Every Budweiser Legends Club Member will receive a Budweiser Legends Club Member Card. This card will<br />
be presented by the Member or the Member’s guest at the Legends check-in table prior to entering to obtain<br />
game-specific Legends wristb<strong>and</strong>s. The wristb<strong>and</strong>s will then be used as a means of entry to the Club throughout<br />
the game.<br />
In addition, Budweiser Legends Club Members will have the ability to forward their Budweiser Legends Club<br />
passes via email through their “My Legends Account” online. These passes, once printed out, are treated the<br />
same as the Member Card <strong>and</strong> must be presented at the Legends check-in table.<br />
Once all of a Member’s allotted passes are checked in, no additional access will be granted to that account for<br />
that game.<br />
If a Member cannot forward their passes or give their Member Card to their guests prior to the event, they must<br />
contact the Legends Coordinator, Ben Mazza at 617-624-1807 at least 3 hours prior to the start of the event to<br />
have their guests’ names added to the list at the door. Legends Members may only use the Member list kept at<br />
the Legends entrance in the event their card or pass is misplaced.<br />
All Legends Members <strong>and</strong> guests must check in to gain entry to the club during Bruins <strong>and</strong> Celtics events.<br />
Please Note: Entry to Legends, regardless of <strong>Membership</strong> access, will not be granted without a valid<br />
game/event ticket for the arena.
2. Member Access <strong>Policies</strong> & <strong>Procedures</strong><br />
The Budweiser Legends Club is a Members-Only establishment <strong>and</strong> is located on Level 3 of <strong>TD</strong> <strong>Garden</strong>.<br />
Legends Members may enter <strong>TD</strong> <strong>Garden</strong> two (2) hours prior to the start of Bruins <strong>and</strong> Celtics games<br />
through the West Premium entrance in North Station. The hours are subject to change due to special events<br />
in the building. Members will be given advanced notice of said changes whenever possible. All notifications<br />
will be sent out via email. The Budweiser Legends Club is not open for membership access for non-game events<br />
unless otherwise noted.<br />
During the first hour of entry, Legends Members <strong>and</strong> their guests check in at the table located inside the West<br />
Premium entrance doors in North Station. Following the first hour of entry, Legends check in will be moved <strong>and</strong><br />
administered upstairs at the entrance to the Budweiser Legends Club. Upon check in, Members <strong>and</strong> their guests<br />
will be given game-specific Legends access wristb<strong>and</strong>s. The wristb<strong>and</strong> will allow easy access in <strong>and</strong> out of the<br />
Club before, during <strong>and</strong> after that game when presented at the Club entrance.<br />
All Legends Members <strong>and</strong> guests must check in every game to gain entry to the Club during Bruins <strong>and</strong><br />
Celtics events. Legends Members <strong>and</strong> guests only need to check in once per game to obtain Legends<br />
game-specific wristb<strong>and</strong>s.<br />
Please be aware on particularly busy nights Legends may need to close doors due to fire capacity.<br />
3. Reservation <strong>Policies</strong> & <strong>Procedures</strong><br />
Reservations may be placed online via Member’s online Legends Account Manager <strong>and</strong> may also be placed via<br />
phone by contacting Legends Client Services at 617-624-1807. Reservations may be placed up to 4 weeks prior<br />
to all Bruins <strong>and</strong> Celtics games <strong>and</strong> are available on a first come, first served basis.<br />
Members may make reservations for up to the specified amount of guests granted by their membership<br />
guidelines. Members may purchase additional full season or individual game guest passes by contacting Legends<br />
Client Services or online via their My Legends Account.<br />
Members may cancel their reservations online or by contacting Legends Client Services at 617-624-1807.<br />
Cancellations must be made no later than 60 minutes prior to the applicable game. Reservations will be held for<br />
15 minutes before being deemed a no-show <strong>and</strong> the reserved table will be given to the next member or guest on<br />
the dining room wait list. Late cancellations or no-shows may be assessed a fee of $25.<br />
A no-show is defined as any reservation in which the reserved party does not utilize the table being held for<br />
a particular time. Members with reservations that choose to utilize the bistro area <strong>and</strong> do not cancel their<br />
reservation within 60 minutes of the game may be assessed the no-show fee of $25.
4. Menu <strong>and</strong> Dining Options<br />
Menu options include a full buffet <strong>and</strong> our a la carte menu. All Members <strong>and</strong> guests have the ability to pre-order<br />
items off of the menu during all Bruins <strong>and</strong> Celtics events.<br />
The Budweiser Legends Club Dining Room is utilized for reservations as well as limited first come, first served<br />
seating. Members <strong>and</strong> guests must go to the host/hostess desk located at the front of the Legends club to obtain<br />
seating in the dining room. Reservations in the dining room are not required for entry but are strongly encouraged.<br />
The Budweiser Legends Club Bistro is available to all Members <strong>and</strong> guests <strong>and</strong> operates on a first come, first<br />
served basis. Reservations cannot be made in the Budweiser Legends Club Bistro.<br />
5. Alcohol Policy<br />
To purchase alcoholic beverages, a patron must present a valid Massachusetts driver’s license, Massachusetts<br />
liquor ID, passport or military ID, which indicates the patron to be at least 21 years of age. (Massachusetts ID<br />
cards, duplicate licenses, expired licenses, damaged licenses <strong>and</strong> driver’s licenses which do not have photos will<br />
not be accepted.) Out of state licenses are acceptable only if the patron is at least 25 years of age <strong>and</strong> another<br />
form of identification (e.g., credit card) will be required if the patron is between 25 <strong>and</strong> 30 years of age. Out of<br />
state licenses showing the patron is under 25 years of age will not be accepted. Valid Canadian or US Territory<br />
driver’s license will be accepted for patrons 25 years of age or older. Patrons between 25 <strong>and</strong> 30 years of age<br />
will be required to produce another form of identification to validate their identity. Any patron in the possession<br />
of alcoholic beverages on premises may be requested to produce identification, which must satisfy the foregoing<br />
requirements. No refunds will be offered for confiscated beverages. Any patron who presents false identification<br />
or who passes alcohol to a minor may be subject to eviction <strong>and</strong> arrest. We will not serve more than two<br />
alcoholic beverages to a patron at one time <strong>and</strong> we reserve the right to limit service to one drink per patron.<br />
Our alcohol service will end at least one half hour prior to the scheduled end of an event. We reserve the right<br />
to discontinue the sale of alcohol at any time. We will not serve any patron whom we believe to be intoxicated.<br />
Alcoholic beverages may not be taken into or removed from these premises. Any patron in the possession of<br />
alcoholic beverages not obtained on premises will be subject to eviction.<br />
6. Dress Code<br />
Legends accepts a casual dress code. To maintain an upscale image <strong>and</strong> level of professionalism; shorts, torn<br />
denim, gym suits, halter-tops, cut offs, <strong>and</strong> tank tops are unacceptable.<br />
7. Payment & Gratuity<br />
Legends accepts all major credit cards <strong>and</strong> the Legends <strong>Garden</strong> Gold card as valid forms of payment. Cash is not<br />
an acceptable form of payment in the Budweiser Legends Club. A 15% gratuity is included on all bills.<br />

8. Policy Changes<br />
These Budweiser Legends Club <strong>Membership</strong> <strong>Policies</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Procedures</strong> are subject to change at any time at the<br />
discretion of Delaware North Companies, Inc. - Boston
