Cornwallis, N. S., Feb. 14, 1815. Mr. Allison was a leading<br />

merchant at Sackville, N. B., and member of the firm of<br />

Crane & Allison. He was an estimable man. Mrs. Allison<br />

married, second, in Sept., 1864, Amos Edwin Botsford.<br />

of extensive stone quarries at Sackville, N. B., where he<br />

Martha Prescott, by whom he had eight children. He mar-<br />

ried, second, Mrs. Rigly, of Sydney, Cape Breton. Mr. Allison<br />

dropped dead in his garden June 8th, 1893. He resided<br />

at Halifax, N. S.<br />

Limavady, Nov. 21, 1797; was a farmer, and resided in<br />

that place, where he died Sept. 26, 1878. He married, Oct.<br />

18, 1832, Rachel, daughter of Samuel and Hetty (Steele)<br />

Hazlett, of Liffock, Dunboe, county of Londonderry, Ireland,<br />

where she was born April 27, 1813. She was<br />

still lives (1892) in Drumnaha, Magillegan, Ireland.<br />
