Undergraduate Admission<br />
Financial aid for all admitted freshmen and new transfer must submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid<br />

Decision to Matriculate<br />

Immunization Requirement<br />
In accordance with <strong>Illinois</strong> law, all students born on or after<br />
January 1, 1957, and enrolling at IIT for the first time after<br />
July 1, 1989, must supply health-provider documented evidence<br />
<strong>of</strong> vaccination for diphtheria, tetanus, measles, rubella<br />
and mumps. Transfer students are considered first-time<br />
enrolled students. Students enrolling for the first time during a<br />
summer session may be permitted to enroll in the subsequent<br />
fall term before providing pro<strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong> immunization. Students<br />
who wish to enroll only in one class pet semester or via IITV<br />
at corporate sites may file a written request for an exemption.<br />
Exemption from one or mote <strong>of</strong> the specific requirements<br />
may also be granted based on documented medical or religious<br />
reasons. A student who fails to provide acceptable evidence<br />
<strong>of</strong> immunization shall be prevented from registering for<br />
classes in the next semester. Questions regarding the immunization<br />

Full-Time Transfer Admission for Domestic Students<br />

The Office <strong>of</strong> Undergraduate Admission is responsible for on a tolling basis. The deadline to apply for the fall term<br />
admission decisions for full-time transfer students. Full-time (beginning late August) is July 1; for the spring term (beginstatus<br />

fee or fee waiver, transcripts from all colleges and<br />
universities attended, a personal statement, and a letter <strong>of</strong> recommendation<br />
