Study Abroad Opportunities<br />
IIT requires students to submit academically sound plans prior<br />
to participating in a study abroad program. The application<br />
process begins the year before study abroad is anticipated.<br />
Contact the International Center (IC) for information on<br />
universities that have study abroad relationships with IIT.<br />
Post-Baccalaureate Certificate and Certificate Programs<br />
Certificate Programs<br />
The Department <strong>of</strong> Civil and Architectural Engineering<br />
<strong>of</strong>fers two certificate programs: one in architectural technology<br />
and one in engineering graphics and CAD. These<br />
programs are designed to prepare specialists in graphics for<br />
positions in business and industry. Students completing the<br />

level including bioengineering, computer networking<br />

for study abroad, may be obtained from the IC or from the<br />
Undergraduate College.<br />
Students wishing to study abroad must verify their eligibility<br />
with both the associate dean <strong>of</strong> the Undergraduate College<br />
and the director <strong>of</strong> the IC.<br />
