they will participate in a year-long research project that<br />
bridges engineering, science and medicine. The final four<br />
years are spent at Rush Medical College, during which time<br />
the student earns the M.D. degree. This program is designed<br />
for students who intend to become research-oriented<br />
physicians.<br />
IIT encourages students <strong>of</strong> all majors to consider studying ent intellectual or cultural environment and <strong>of</strong>ten enriches<br />
abroad for part <strong>of</strong> their undergraduate career. Studying the academic program by providing special research facilities<br />
abroad enriches the college experience by providing a differ- or by giving breadth to the major discipline.<br />
Exchange Programs<br />
IIT has undergraduate exchange programs with the following<br />
universities: Robert Gordon University, Scotland, architecture;<br />
<strong>Institute</strong> National des Sciences Appliques (INSA), Lyon,<br />
France, engineering; and Ecole Speckle Traveaux du Publics<br />

should first contact the associate dean <strong>of</strong> the Undergraduate<br />
College and then the director <strong>of</strong> the International Cultural<br />
