Sterile Water dosing application in the Pharmaceutical Industry<br />
MAAP s.r.o. is an OEM customer in the Czech Republic, manufacturing plant mainly for the<br />
Pharmaceutical Industry. This equipment was produced for an end user in Austria.<br />
Optimass T10 meters are used for<br />
a sterile water batching application<br />
using flowmeter pulse output and a<br />
Siemens batch control system.<br />
The sterile water is then mixed <strong>with</strong><br />
different additives, before filtration<br />
etc. and various pharmaceutical<br />
nutrient solutions are produced.<br />
Batch sizes of 1 to 10 litres<br />
Operating temp 20°C <strong>with</strong> steam<br />
cleaning up to 130°C<br />
