The equipment below was produced for an end user in Austria. This is a sterile water batching application using flowmeter pulse output and a Siemens batch control system. The sterile water is then mixed with different additives, before filtration etc. and various pharmaceutical nutrient solutions are produced. The concentration of solids is approximately 5-7% and the waste water is both organic and non organic waste in the two lines. Temperature range is 12-19 °C and a pressure of app. 3 barg. This Pharmaceutical company in Denmark manufactures various enzymes used in the production of washing powder etc. The application pictured is the dosing of Sorbitol, Glycol and MPG into a continuous mixing of products for enzyme production.
