Optimass meter is simply attached to the<br />
framework by means of clamps fastened<br />
around the meter body, something that<br />
would have been impossible <strong>with</strong> most<br />
previous designs of Coriolis mass<br />
flowmeters. Such an installation would<br />
have had a detrimental affect on the<br />
performance of the meter.<br />
This is now possible <strong>with</strong> the 7000 Series<br />
due to KROHNE’s patented<br />
‘Adaptive Sensor Technology’ which<br />
intelligently ‘tunes’ each meter,<br />
independent of external forces and fluid<br />
density, to produce an inherently balanced<br />
instrument that remains stable in the most<br />
demanding processes.<br />
