Pauly Biscuits is producing Long Life bakery products<br />
on seven permanent baking lines and waffles on<br />
another seven production lines.<br />
In the coating section biscuit bars are double coated<br />
<strong>with</strong> chocolate. In order to measure the chocolate<br />
consumption and maintain a constant coating<br />
thickness two <strong>OPTIMASS</strong> T15 <strong>with</strong> heating jackets<br />
are installed, one at the dispensing point and one at<br />
the return flow.<br />
