4.3. Problems/ limitations of the workshop<br />
4.3.1 Please list the problems and limitations you encountered during the workshop:<br />
Problems/ limitations<br />
i. The workshop was new to the participant, and was difficult to understand.<br />
ii. The participant felt that as NPPO editor, he/she should be given the option to<br />
remove documents posted.<br />
iii. Problems were encountered when attempting to upload a large file<br />
iv. Presentations were too fast for some participants<br />
v. Some topics required further details, like “official vs scientific information”<br />
vi. Insufficient clarification on type of data to be entered<br />
vii. Manual difficult to understand<br />
viii. Accommodations should be closer to the workshop site, as traveling time could<br />
be better utilized<br />
ix. Request for increased individual attention<br />
x. Sitting arrangements not conducive. Suggest placement of participants in a semicircle.<br />
xi. Network speed was slow<br />

ii. Low ratio of trainer to participant, prefer one-to-one guidance<br />

general demonstration rather than tuition upon personal enquiry.<br />

v. Afraid that the IPP editor may encounter problems if made liable for data entry.<br />
vi. Insufficient examples on data input. Suggests inclusion of examples in the<br />
manual.<br />
