National Liner is a CIPP product made <strong>of</strong> a non-woven, needled, polyester felt<br />

that is shop or site impregnated with a thermosetting polyester resin. Vinylester<br />

resins are used <strong>for</strong> pressure applications. A new composite structure,<br />

incorporating glass fiber rein<strong>for</strong>cement, is being developed <strong>for</strong> pressure<br />

applications.<br />
