47. An average <strong>of</strong> 25 read<strong>in</strong>gs at both the <strong>in</strong>ner and outer surface <strong>of</strong> each <strong>of</strong> seven specimens is shown.<br />

The weighted average and standard deviation <strong>of</strong> the Barcol hardness for the sample <strong>in</strong>ner surface was<br />

calculated to be 14.9±1.8 and for the outer surface 18.4 ±2.4.<br />

4.3.11.1 Introduction. The general Raman spectroscopy procedures as described for the Denver 8-<strong>in</strong>.<br />

l<strong>in</strong>er were repeated for each <strong>of</strong> the Denver 48-<strong>in</strong>. downstream and upstream samples. Samples <strong>of</strong> the<br />

res<strong>in</strong> type used for the orig<strong>in</strong>al CIPP <strong>in</strong>stallations were obta<strong>in</strong>ed from the manufacturer for comparison.<br />
